Weekly Planner

Organize your learning schedule

What is the Weekly Planner?

The Weekly Planner is a visual calendar that helps you organize your study sessions throughout the week. Instead of studying whenever you remember, the planner lets you schedule dedicated time for each subject, set goals, and track whether you followed through.

Features

Inbox Planner

The Inbox Planner is where unscheduled tasks and assignments land. Think of it as your learning to-do list. From here, you can drag tasks onto your weekly calendar to assign them a specific day and time slot. It keeps everything organized in one place.

Calendar Integration

Sync your Cocovox planner with school calendars and external calendar apps. This lets you see your learning schedule alongside other commitments, avoiding conflicts and making it easier to find the right time to study.

Goal Builder

Set weekly learning goals and track your progress toward them. Goals can be based on time spent, exercises completed, or topics covered. At the end of each week, you can see how you did and adjust your plan for the next week.

Smart Suggestions

The AI analyzes your learning patterns and recommends optimal study times. If you tend to perform better in the morning, it will suggest morning slots. If you have been neglecting a subject, it will nudge you to schedule time for it.

Start small. Schedule just two or three study sessions for your first week. You can always add more as you build the habit.

For Teachers

The Weekly Planner integrates with your classroom workflow. You can plan class activities, assign homework with specific due dates, and see which students have scheduled time to work on assignments. This visibility helps you identify students who may need a reminder or additional support.

  • Create assignments that automatically appear in student Inboxes
  • Set due dates that show as deadlines on the calendar
  • View class-wide planning activity to spot students who are falling behind

For Parents

The Weekly Planner gives you a clear view of your child's study schedule. You can see what they have planned for the week, whether they completed their scheduled sessions, and how their goals are progressing. It is a helpful tool for supporting learning at home without needing to micromanage.

Parent Tip: Review the planner together at the start of each week. Helping your child set up their schedule builds planning skills and shows you are invested in their learning.
