Manage your subscription, billing, and account settings

Your Account

Your Cocovox account is your central hub for managing your learning experience, subscription, and personal settings.

Account Settings

Access your settings at Settings → Account:

  • Profile - Name, email, avatar, and bio
  • Preferences - Learning preferences and notifications
  • Security - Password and login settings
  • Subscription - Plan and billing information
  • Privacy - Data controls and visibility

Updating Your Profile

Go to Settings → Account → Profile

Click on any field to edit it

Click Save to apply changes

Changing Your Email

To change your email address:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Email
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Check your new email for a verification link
  5. Click the link to complete the change
Note: You won't be able to log in with your old email after changing it. Make sure you have access to your new email before switching.

Click "Change Password"

Connected Accounts

If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, you can:

  • Link additional sign-in methods
  • Add a password for email login
  • Disconnect a linked account (if another login method exists)

Notification Settings

Control what emails and notifications you receive:

  • Learning Reminders - Daily/weekly study prompts
  • Weekly Progress Emails - Automated Sunday reports with learning summaries
  • Product Updates - New features and improvements
  • Marketing - Tips, promotions, and news

Weekly Progress Emails

Parents receive individual child progress reports; teachers receive class summaries with student attention alerts. Configure your preferred delivery day, time, and timezone in Settings → Email Preferences. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe option.

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  2. Review what will be deleted
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Your account will be scheduled for deletion
Caution: Account deletion is permanent. All your data, progress, and subscription will be lost. Family accounts must remove all children first. Consider exporting your data before deleting.
