Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings → Subscription

Click "Change Plan"

Select your new plan

Review the price change and confirm

When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. New features are available immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade:

  • Your current plan continues until the end of the billing period
  • The new plan takes effect at the next billing date
  • You may lose access to premium features
  • Your data and progress are preserved
Note: Downgrading from Family may require removing child profiles first. Downgrading from Educator will archive your classes but students can still access assigned content.

Switching Billing Frequency

Switch between monthly and annual billing:

  • Monthly to Annual: Immediate, charged prorated amount
  • Annual to Monthly: Takes effect at next renewal

Free Trials

New users can try Pro features free for 7 days. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Student Discounts

Students with a valid .edu email receive 50% off Pro plans. Verify your student status in Settings → Subscription → Student Discount.

Confirm cancellation

You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. You can resubscribe anytime without losing your data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. Resubscribe within that time to restore everything.

Do students in my class need their own subscription?

No, students access teacher-assigned content for free. They only need a subscription for personal use beyond classwork.
