Refresh the Page

Common Issues
Can't Log In
- Check that caps lock is off
- Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
- If using Google/Microsoft login, ensure you're signed into the correct account
- Clear cookies and try again
Page Won't Load
- Check your internet connection
- Try a hard refresh:
Ctrl+Shift+RorCmd+Shift+R - Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Check our status page for outages
AI Tutor Not Responding
- Wait a moment and try again (high traffic can cause delays)
- Refresh the page and start a new conversation
- Check if you've hit your daily message limit
Flashcards Not Saving
- Ensure you're connected to the internet
- Wait for the "Saved" indicator before navigating away
- Try refreshing and checking if cards appear in your library
Browser Requirements
Cocovox works best on:
- Chrome (version 90+)
- Firefox (version 90+)
- Safari (version 14+)
- Edge (version 90+)
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Mobile App Issues
If using our mobile app:
- Ensure you have the latest version installed
- Try force-closing and reopening the app
- Check that you've granted necessary permissions
- Reinstall if issues persist
