The Pentagon Blender is a visual 5-axis control that lets you adjust tone dimensions in real time. Drag the points on the pentagon to fine-tune your writing across five key axes:
- Formal to Casual - Control how structured or relaxed the language feels
- Serious to Playful - Adjust the level of humor and lightness
- Simple to Complex - Set vocabulary and sentence complexity
- Direct to Elaborate - Choose between concise and detailed expression
- Neutral to Emotional - Dial the emotional intensity up or down
Preset Cards
Quick-select from common tone profiles to instantly transform your writing:
- Academic - Formal, structured language suitable for essays and reports
- Friendly - Warm, approachable tone for messages and casual writing
- Professional - Clear, polished language for workplace communication
- Creative - Expressive, vivid language for storytelling and creative writing
Tone Analysis
Before remixing, the AI analyzes your writing's current tone. You will see a breakdown of where your text falls on each axis, helping you understand your natural writing style and decide what to change.
Comparison Panel
View your original text side-by-side with the remixed version. This makes it easy to see exactly what changed and decide whether to keep the remix or adjust further.
History Panel
Every remix you create is saved in your history. Scroll back through previous versions to compare different approaches or return to a version you liked.
Shortcuts Panel
Power users can access keyboard shortcuts for common remix actions, making the workflow faster once you are comfortable with the tool.
Action Menu
From the action menu, you can save your favorite tone settings as custom presets, share remixed text, or apply a tone preset across multiple pieces of writing.
