Goals

Set, track, and achieve your learning targets

What are Goals?

Goals are personal learning objectives with built-in progress tracking. They give you a clear target to work toward, whether it is completing daily exercises, mastering a topic over the week, or improving in a subject area over time. Goals keep you motivated by showing exactly how far you have come and how much is left.

Features

Goal Cards

Each goal is displayed as a visual card showing your current progress. Goal Cards include a progress bar, the goal title, your target, and how much you have completed. Cards are color-coded by status: in progress, nearly complete, and achieved.

Progress Tracking

Progress updates automatically as you complete exercises, lessons, and other learning activities. You do not need to manually log your work. The system connects your activity to your goals and updates the progress bar in real time.

Learning Goal Builder

Not sure what goals to set? The AI-powered Learning Goal Builder helps you create SMART goals:

  • Specific - Clear, well-defined objectives
  • Measurable - Concrete criteria for progress
  • Achievable - Realistic given your current level
  • Relevant - Connected to your learning needs
  • Time-bound - Set with a clear deadline

Milestone Alerts

Receive notifications when you hit key milestones on your way to a goal. Milestones at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% keep you encouraged and aware of your progress throughout the journey.

Types of Goals

Daily Goals

Short-term targets that reset each day. Great for building consistent habits:

  • Complete a set number of exercises
  • Practice for a specific number of minutes
  • Review flashcards from a topic
  • Finish a lesson or quiz

Weekly Goals

Medium-term objectives that give you flexibility throughout the week:

  • Master a specific topic or skill
  • Complete a lesson set or module
  • Achieve a target score on practice quizzes
  • Maintain a learning streak

Long-Term Goals

Big-picture objectives that track progress over weeks or months:

  • Improve your grade in a subject area
  • Master an entire subject or course
  • Build a consistent daily learning habit
  • Prepare for a major exam or assessment

For Teachers

Teachers can use Goals to support classroom learning:

  • Set class-wide goals that all students work toward together
  • Create individual goals for students who need targeted support
  • Monitor goal progress across your entire class from the teacher dashboard
  • Celebrate goal completion with the class to build a culture of achievement

For Parents

Stay connected to your child's learning journey through Goals:

  • See your child's active goals and progress from your parent dashboard
  • Receive notifications when your child achieves a milestone
  • Help your child set realistic goals that align with schoolwork
  • Celebrate completed goals together to reinforce positive learning habits
Family Tip: Setting goals together with your child increases engagement. Ask them what they want to improve, and help them turn that into a concrete, achievable goal.
