Welcome, Educators!
Cocovox helps you create engaging content in minutes, track student progress, and identify who needs help. This guide will get you up and running quickly.
Using Cocovox alongside Claude for Teachers
If you use Anthropic's free Claude for Teachers for planning — drafting lessons, differentiating a worksheet, brainstorming a quiz — keep using it. Cocovox isn't a replacement for that. Cocovox is where your students actually touch AI: COPPA-consented, parent-visible, voice-enabled, and under your controls. And because students practice inside Cocovox, their work flows back to you as evidence — the misconceptions your class actually had, not a guess about what they might miss.
The two are built to connect. This connector is rolling out behind a feature flag today; as it does, you'll be able to link your Cocovox account to Claude to ask about your class from inside Claude, and push a Claude-drafted lesson or quiz into Cocovox as a draft you approve before any student sees it. Over that link Claude receives less, not more: only counts and patterns (like "9 students are behind on fractions"), never a student's name, and small groups are hidden entirely. See How our AI works for exactly what it can and cannot see.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Most teachers buying for their school choose Classroom ($22/student/month) — every enrolled student gets unlimited sessions, voice, and deep dives, plus unlimited home practice. Includes the classroom dashboard, teacher morning brief, and standards-aligned reporting. Onboarding is included; book a demo at Corey@cocovox.ai.
For NPS, therapeutic day programs, and IEP/BIP schools, Clinical Classroom ($30/student/month) adds full IEP + BIP integration, clinical export + evidence packets, and compliance automation (AB 1172, AB 2657, FERPA, COPPA).
For your personal exploration and content authoring outside a school deployment, the Learner plan ($29.99/month, 14-day free trial) gives you unlimited sessions, voice, and deep dives.
Step 3: Create Your First Class
Go to Teach → Classes → Create Class
Enter class name, subject, and grade level
Copy the class code and share it with your students
Students join by entering the code at signup
