  • Use student insights to adjust your teaching
  • Build a content library for reuse across years
  • Check help requests daily during active learning periods

Teacher Review Gates

Control how student exercise submissions are handled. You can configure each assignment to use one of these review modes:

  • Auto-Approved - Results are accepted immediately upon completion (default)
  • Pending Review - Submissions wait for your review before being finalized
  • Approved - You have reviewed and accepted the submission
  • Rejected - Send the submission back to the student with feedback for revision

A review banner is displayed on the student's lesson view showing the current status and any feedback you have provided.

Weekly Planner

Use the Weekly Planner to schedule learning activities for your class throughout the week. Plan which topics to cover each day, set assignment due dates, and coordinate Deep Dive sessions with your instructional calendar.

SLP Clinical Tools

For Speech-Language Pathologists and special education teachers, Cocovox includes clinically-informed tools built into the platform:

  • IEP Goal Tracking - Deep Dive exercise results automatically feed into IEP goal progress dashboards. No manual data entry required.
  • Clinical Reporting - Generate progress reports from exercise data with AI-suggested clinical support levels (clinician review recommended).
  • Accommodation Signals - The system flags when a student may benefit from accommodations like word bank mode or extended time based on their exercise patterns.
  • SLP Dashboard - A dedicated view for managing caseloads, reviewing student exercise data, and tracking clinical outcomes.
For SLPs: Exercise results from Deep Dive sessions tagged with source "auto_deep_dive" are automatically linked to IEP goals with AI-suggested support levels. These are algorithm-derived estimates — review and adjust in the SLP dashboard before using in formal IEP documentation.
