Session summaries are saved automatically and can be reviewed, edited, or exported at any time from the client's session history.
IEP Progress Reports
Quarterly or annual goal progress reports designed for IEP meetings and parent communication. These reports aggregate data across all sessions and activities for the reporting period:

- Current accuracy level and support level classification
- Visual progress chart showing trajectory over the reporting period
- Number of data points and sessions during the period
- Data source breakdown (sessions, exercises, probes)
- Narrative progress summary
- Recommendations for goal continuation, modification, or discharge
Probe Data Reports
Assessment-focused reports showing probe results with trend analysis:
- Probe type, targets, and stimuli used
- Results per probe session with accuracy percentages
- Trend line visualization across all probes
- Baseline comparison with change metrics
- Criterion progress indicators
Discharge Reports
Comprehensive treatment summaries for clients completing services:
- Initial assessment findings and baseline data

- Final performance levels and support level classifications
- Total number of sessions and treatment duration
- Progress trajectory from baseline to discharge
- Recommendations for follow-up or monitoring
Export Formats
All report types can be exported in multiple formats to fit your documentation workflow:
- PDF - Formatted reports with charts, tables, and branding suitable for sharing with families and filing in client records
- CSV - Raw data export for importing into spreadsheets, external databases, or statistical analysis tools
- Print-friendly - Optimized layout for printing directly from your browser with clean formatting and appropriate page breaks
Data Included
Reports pull from the complete clinical data record for each client. The data available in reports includes:
- Session dates - Every session with date, time, and duration
- Scores - Accuracy percentages, trial counts, and correct/incorrect/approximation breakdowns
- Prompting levels - Distribution of support levels across trials
- Goal progress percentages - Current level relative to criterion for each goal
- Clinical notes - All notes entered during sessions, organized chronologically
Sharing Reports
Reports can be shared with the appropriate stakeholders through role-based access:
- Parents and caregivers - Share progress reports through the parent portal with plain-language summaries. Parents see their child's progress without access to clinical-internal notes.
- Teachers - Share relevant goal progress with classroom teachers to support coordination. Teachers see goals related to their student without accessing the full clinical record.
- Administrators - Provide aggregate caseload reports for compliance and program management. Individual client data is not included unless specifically authorized.
Compliance
FERPA-Compliant Data Handling
All clinical reports containing student data are handled in compliance with FERPA requirements for educational records. This includes:
- Access restricted to authorized educational personnel and parents
- No disclosure to third parties without proper consent
- Parents retain the right to review and request amendments to records
Audit Trail
Every report generation, export, and sharing action is logged in the system's audit trail. The audit log records who generated the report, when, what data was included, and who it was shared with. This provides a complete chain of custody for clinical documentation.
